significantly assisted in the standardization of merchandising processes. Based on point-of-sale store data, BCMS
identifies out-of-stock and excess stock conditions for seasonal and
promotional products. BCMS provides
graphical perspectives of product movement that assists merchandise buyers in
making better decisions on the purchase and distribution of inventory to
maximize retail sales.

insurance industry. As a member of the Nuco Systems, Inc. Board of Directors, Mr. Flammang developed financial, marketing and sales

services. In 1984, Mr. Flammang, organized and led the management buy-out of his
investment partners’ equity position in Nuco Systems,
